Refund Policy

30-day returns
Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened gels or used single-use packets, except where the product is faulty.
