Meet the founder
Science in the lab. Sweat on the gym floor.
Nicduc built this brand at the crossroads of microbiology, coaching and everyday longevity — for people who want to keep moving well for decades, not weeks.
BSc Hons Microbiology
In her own words
“I’m a microbiologist and personal trainer with a biohacker’s curiosity — always chasing the science behind better performance and longer, healthier lives. My approach blends hard evidence with a holistic view of training and longevity, all grounded in one simple philosophy: live fully, because life is too short not to.”
Three lenses, one method
The microscope, the gym floor, the long game
15+ years of mentoring and coaching clients from athletes to desk-bound beginners. Helping them become the best possible version of themselves. If a protocol doesn’t survive a real-life week, it doesn’t ship.
The microbiologist
Reads the study before the marketing. Ingredients earn their place through mechanism and evidence, not through trend cycles.
The Coach
15+ years of mentoring and coaching clients from athletes to desk-bound beginners. Helping them become the best possible version of themselves. If a protocol doesn’t survive a real-life week, it doesn’t ship.
The biohacker
Curious, measured and sceptical in equal parts — self-tests everything, tracks the outcome and drops whatever fails to hold up.
The path here
From petri dish to post-session rub.
Nicduc spent her career reading cells under a microscope and watching bodies adapt under a barbell. Somewhere between the two she stopped seeing them as separate subjects. Topical carnosine was the formula she wanted in her own kit bag: evidence-backed, applied straight to the muscles doing the work, with nothing in the tube she could not explain.

The lab years
Learning to trust the data
Years spent in microbiology taught Nicduc how thin the line is between a promising mechanism and a proven benefit — and how often supplements sit on the wrong side of it.
The gym floor
Coaching real bodies
Training clients showed her the gap the research misses: recovery is where consistency lives or dies, and most people quit because they hurt, not because they lack motivation.
The question
Why swallow it?
Carnosine has a strong evidence base for buffering and recovery. Nicduc's question was delivery: why route it through digestion when the muscle doing the work is right under the skin?
Today
A tube she can explain line by line
Every ingredient listed, every claim traceable, tested through long trail days, heavy blocks and ordinary Monday mornings.
Non-negotiables
What Nicduc builds by.
01
Evidence first — if the research does not back it, it does not go in.
02
Nature and science together: clean ingredients, delivered where you trained.
03
Plain language, no miracle claims, no filler.
04
Train for the decades ahead, not just the next race.
05
Curiosity over dogma — test it, measure it, keep what works.
06
Live fully: recovery exists so you can go and do more.
Everyday longevity
How she actually lives it.
Nothing exotic, nothing expensive — the habits Nicduc keeps coming back to because the data and the training log both agree.
Move most days, hard some days
Zone-2 mileage as the base, two hard sessions a week, and strength work she refuses to skip — muscle is the longevity organ.
Sleep is the first supplement
No stack outperforms seven to nine consistent hours. Nicduc protects sleep before optimising anything else.
Recovery as a ritual, not a rescue
Apply, stretch, breathe, get outside. Two minutes of deliberate recovery beats a week of chasing soreness after the fact.

Not a solo project
The people around the work
Nicduc works with NDIS clients, athletes, lifters, coaches and recovery therapists who put the formula through genuinely demanding weeks — long trail days, heavy training blocks, deload weeks, rehab sessions and the ordinary Monday mornings in between. Their feedback on how it feels on real, tired bodies is what shapes every decision we make.
